JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check and record input expenses (stationery, outsourcing, entertainment, etc.) in accordance with accounting principles.
- Track accounts payable and allocate prepaid expenses periodically.
- Verify eligibility for input VAT deduction; prepare purchase tax reports and support resolution of invoice discrepancies (if any).
- Record, allocate depreciation, and monitor fixed asset status (increase/decrease/transfer).
- Prepare complete payment documentation: contracts, invoices, payment requests, etc.; coordinate with departments to ensure timely payments.
- Support preparation of internal expense reports by type/department; provide documentation for audits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
- Over 3 years of experience (preference for in-depth experience in expense management)
- Basic understanding of legal regulations on eligible expenses and tax.
- Proficient in Excel (Lookup, SUMIFS, PivotTable, IF logic…) to analyze and synthesize expense data.
- Familiarity with at least one accounting software: MISA, FAST, Bravo, or internal ERP.
- Basic understanding of fixed asset management and prepaid expense allocation processes.
- Preference for candidates with experience in banking services and handling bank/cash payments, advances/reimbursements.
- Logical thinking – careful – highly detail-oriented, especially with accounting data.
- Good communication & presentation skills via email and internal reports.
- Willingness to receive feedback and improve from mistakes.
