CFOS System

CFOS is a core software system for custodian and supervisory banks. The CFOS system includes modules for Custodian Bank, Supervisory Bank, and Fund Administration.

The system is designed to meet the operational requirements of custodian and supervisory banks, including asset, account, and securities transaction management for domestic and foreign investors. The system supports processing the entire depository process from account opening, position management, transaction confirmation, collateral management, corporate actions, clearing and settlement, and compliance reporting. CFOS is designed with a modern architecture, real-time integration with VSD and core banking systems, ensuring stable operation, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

At the same time, the Fund Administration module helps custodian/supervisory banks provide fund administration services to investment funds. The system manages investment fund operations, supporting the entire fund lifecycle from establishment, NAV allocation, asset valuation, portfolio management, transaction recording, to fee calculation and compliance reporting. iFTP is a system for managing and calculating internal fund transfer pricing for banks.
